Zaman International School distributed high school diplomas to 109 graduates in the graduation ceremony to mark their academic success, which was attended by a huge number of guardians and parents, on June 27, 2010 evening, at Phnom Penh Hotel.
Mr. Erkan Polatdemir, Zaman International School director congratulated the parents who were present at the graduation ceremony, in which diplomas were delivered to 109 graduates including 60 girls and three valedictorians, from Grades 12F, 12A and 12B, who received rewarding gifts from the school director. The school director said that the diplomas distributed could be used for pursuing further education in foreign countries such as USA, Australia, Canada, Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Mr. Erkan continued that for the upcoming school year 2010-2011, to make it easier for students to pursue further education, Zaman had established a university in Cambodia, comprising of several faculties, with pedagogically qualified foreign and local lecturers.
The director also expressed his thanks to the teachers for their attention and efforts in teaching and special thanks to all parents for encouraging their children to come to school regularly so that they could become good children and students in the society.
